作った物、食べた物、買った物、行った場所。What I made, what I ate, what I bought, and where I went.

What I (We) made.

I was finally finished a painting of a dog's portrait and delivered it yesterday. I met her first time because we discussed that only over emails. She was very happy about the painting and gave me a big hug. I was happy too.

I'm painting this in white now so I will post it again when everything in the kitchen is done. A renege hood over the stove that my husband made. We are one step closer to have a country kitchen!

And another painting job for myself. Crown mouldings. For fine art and for house renovation, is my occupation a painter now? lol. Keep painting!

It's not really MAKING stuff but after finish painting a portrait till next one start, I'm going to enjoy my self-french nails with rhinestones on them. You know the reason why I post only left hand image, right? lol

What I ate.

A banana cream pie form nearby cafe, Wendel's book store and Cafe. The cafe is famous for original and seasonal pies.

Some sushis. There is no Japanese owned sushi restaurant in Langley city I believe. However, if you consider these kind of sushis as new fusion food different form Japanese traditional sushi, then they are good enough.

What I bought.

I noticed that organic bananas form Two EE's market were always smiling. lol.

Got some peonies last night at the nearby super market! Fascinating.

Where I went.

For delivery of a painting and another business meeting I went to Coal harbour, Vancouver downtown yesterday. One of my favourite places where I have lived for long time. The Olympic flame holder.

I live near the river now and I like it, but I still miss ocean a lot. Alaskan cruising ship was leaving.

Lastly, Craft Beer Market. I joined my husband and his volleyball team members for dinner after my business meeting. The pub was huge and unique as using old salt factory's building. The coolest thing of this pub would be pipelines on the ceiling which carry beers from storage to bar. My choice of the beer form 150 kinds last night was Four winds IPA which has unique top flavour following by bitterness, like peach, orange, and grapefruits. I liked it.

Have a good weekend!
